Run in the UAB Cursa for a good cause!

This year’s Marató de TV3 – celebrating its 25th anniversary – will give all its donations to the treatment of strokes and spinal and brain injuries. For the fourth year in a row, the UAB is hosting the solidarity run "Cursa Solidària UAB" to raise funds for the Marató.

Every year, more than 2,000 runners participate in La Cursa Solidària UAB. Organizing this event therefore requires the collaboration of as many volunteers as possible to manage preparation and safety tasks, hand out the numbers and t-shirts to the runners, help install the marathon circuit and distribute bottles of water.

To volunteer at La Cursa, please fill and submit this registration form and let us know your availability to participate in one of the three time slots. Last year, over 150 people volunteers helped organizing La Cursa, which had 2,260 contestants.

The routes will be the same as last year’s, with four different categories: two routes for runners of 10 and 6 km, one route of 6 km on foot and one more route of 480 meters for contestants with reduced mobility.

If you decided to volunteer, how could you be helpful?

Helping install the marathon circuit.
Ensuring the security and welfare of the contestants.
Handing out the numbers and t-shirts to the runners.
Distributing bottles of water and hot soup to the contestants.
Giving the contestants a massage once they make it to the finish line.
