Do you want to be part of the Coordinator of the elDirectori?

The Coordinator of elDirectori is the organ representative of the UAB student societies and it is the speaker of the Assembly of elDirectori, it occupies the spaces reserved for the students societies at the Comission of Evaluation of the Grants for the participation of the students of the UAB, the Student Council of the UAB and at the Comission of Students and Employability. It also establishes the order of the day of the assemblies together with the Community Involvement Unit and coordinates the relationship and the feedback of the actions of the Coordinator at the Assembly.
The Coordinator of the elDirectori will be formed by 5 students members of the collectives of the elDirectori. The tasks will be divided as follows: 2 members for the Comision of Avaluation of the Grants; 1 member for representing the elDirectori at the Student Council of the UAB and the Comision of Students and Employability. The representative of elDriectori will be part of the plenary of the CEUAB with right to vote. As for the Comission of Students and Employability (comisision delegated of the Governing Council of the UAB) the representative will participate as a guest, without the right to vote. Finally, the 2 members left will coordinate the relations between the Assembly and the Coordinator, by stablishing the order of the day of the assemblies, together with Community Involvement Unit, collaborating in the dynamization of the assembly of elDirectori, and will occupy spaces where the student societies should be represented.
Candidacies are individual, but they will have to be supported by a society enrolled at the elDirectori. Two supporters will be accepted for each of the societies. In order to stand for the elections, a form will have to be filled and sent to suport.participacio@uab.cat. One the deadline has passed, the proclamation of the final candidacies will be announced.
Regarding the voting system, it will consist of open lists. Each voter will be able to select as many candidates as posts to occupy 5 in this case. The ones with right to vote will be the ones enrolled at the elDirectori when the voter registration is being made. The voting is not individual. Each society will delegate its vote to one of the members who will act as a representative. The representatives will have to sign a form to prove that they are part of one of the societies enrolled at elDirectori.
The five candidacies that have been voted the most will be the ones that will form the Coordinator of the elDirectori. Once formed, the Coordinator will propose what space will occupy each of its members. This proposal will have to be validated by the Assembly of elDirectori.
The voting will be in person, on October the 3rd at the Centre of Resources for Student societies, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Once the voting period is finished, the results will be announced October the 8th.
