European University Association (EUA)

The European University Association represents more than 800 universities and National Rector Conferences in 48 European countries and provides unrivalled opportunities to participate in projects, events and other mutual learning activities. The EUA also offers unique opportunities to shape European policies and initiatives affecting higher education and research.

European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU)

The UAB has student exchange agreements with the universities of the European Consortium of Innovative Universities with the aim of fostering a culture of innovation and providing a catalytic role in companies and society in general.

Universia

Universia is the largest university cooperation network in the world, with 800 universities from 20 countries. The main lines of action are academic and occupational orientation and support for the digital transformation of universities.

Xarxa Vives d'Universitats

The Vives Network of Universities is a non-profit institution that represents and coordinates the joint action of 22 universities in order to create a university space that allows the coordination of teaching, research and cultural activities and to promote the normalisation and use of the Catalan language.

The Catalan Association of Public Universities (ACUP)

The ACUP’s main purpose is to be the principal voice of the universities of Catalonia and to combine efforts to promote joint initiatives, programmes and projects.

Alianza 4 Universidades

The Alliance 4 Universities (A-4U) is a strategic association between the four main Spanish public universities: Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M) and Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).

This is a grouping of the most prestigious universities in the world in the field of research. Its goal is to improve professional activity through reputation management, international relations and strategy. It brings together representatives of top-level institutions.
