• Knowledge of the current context, leadership strategies, effective communication, negotiation, planning and time management.
• Decision-making skills and techniques to solve problems and unforeseen situations, proactivity, change management.
• Personal management tools, emotional intelligence, team motivation.

The specialization course in Leadership in Security Organizations, which is structured in 5 modules, provides public and private security professionals with the skills, competencies and tools to achieve the necessary training to lead people and work teams efficiently.
