Services on campus from 29 March to 1 April

Campus de Bellaterra

As in recent years, all centres of the UAB's Bellaterra Campus will be closed during the spring break, from 29 March to 1 April 2021. Only certain services will be operating on campus.

The UAB will close all centres from 29 March to 1 April. Some services, however, will remain open in special cases.

The UAB security services will be working 24 hours a day, and can be reached at 93 581 25 25. The UAB Healthcare Service will remain closed and in case of an emergency, please contact the campus security services.

The internal bus service will not be operative. For more information please check the UAB Mobility and transport website.

The post office Correus will be open from 29 March to 1 April, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There will be no internal mail service on the Bellaterra campus, but letters and packages can be picked up according to the procedures detailed in the intranet.

The Social Sciences Library (Floors -2 and -3) will be open from 29 March to 1 April, from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Plaça Cívica study hall, the Journals Hall of the Humanities Library and the Ground Floor and Floor -1 of the Social Sciences Library will remain closed.

The Users Support of the Computer Services (CAS) (93 581 21 00, cas@uab.cat) will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from 29 to 31 March, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 1 April.

For those needing photocopies, all machines will be functioning and the copy store at the Plaça Cívica will be open on workdays (29 March to 1 April) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The General Register Office, located at the Rectorat building, will be open by appointment only, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (93 581 20 29, registre.general@uab.cat).

The Physical Activities Centre (SAF) will open from 8:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays, from 29 March to 1 April.

The Social Sciences bar will be open on Monday, March 29 and Tuesday, March 30, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The rest of the restaurants on campus will remain closed. Food and beverage vending machines located at different points on campus will also be available.
