The UAB ranks 211 in the QS World Rankings
The UAB forms part of the top 14% of all universities listed in this year's QS World University Rankings.

The UAB is in 211th position worldwide in the QS World University Rankings 2027. This makes the UAB part of the 14% of top universities in the world.
By indicators, the UAB obtains position 83 in the world in Sustainability, position 105 in Academic Reputation, and position 112 in International Research Network.
At Spanish level, the UAB is in third position, behind the University of Barcelona, which occupies the 165th position in the world, and the Complutense University of Madrid, in position 199. The global ranking is headed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), Imperial College London (UK) and Stanford University (USA).
More than 1,500 universities were evaluated in this ranking. QS directly requests data from the past academic year and obtains the number of citations from the past six years with information provided by Elsevier's scientific database Scopus.
