The university master's degree in Prehistoric Archaeology is the only programme to exist in Spain offering specialised training in Prehistoric societies.
Comprehensive and advanced training in archaeological research: combining the knowledge of the latest theories, methods and techniques.
Practical orientation: working on archaeological sites and laboratories administered by the master's degree's lecturers and other affiliated external institutions (CSIC, MAC).
Specialisation in advanced archaeometry analysis (physical anthropology, archaeobotanics, zooarchaeology, analysis of lithic, pottery and metal objects).
Integration of teaching and research: work placements in which students can form part of consolidated Research Excellence teams.
