The works at the Montcada Bifurcació station will involve the removal of the R7 line for 7 months.

The works being carried out by Adif in Montcada i Reixac will affect the service of the R2 Norte, R2 Sur, R7, and R11 commuter train lines. The remodeling of the tracks and the installation of a new traffic management system will mean the elimination of the R7 line between November 2, 2025, and May 15, 2026.

To guarantee the right to mobility, Renfe will offer an alternative bus service between the Cerdanyola stations, which can still be reached by the R4 line, and the Campus.
