On 20 October, the second edition of the Science and Entrepreneurship conference in women will take place in the UAB Theatre Hall.

On 20 October, in the context of the UAB Innovation Week, the second edition of the Science and Entrepreneurship conference in women will take place at the UAB Theatre Hall, to give visibility to female referees in innovation and entrepreneurship on the university campus, identify needs and create a network.
This occasion will address the internal and external constraints faced by researchers and explore personal experiences, challenges and strategies to overcome impostor syndrome and break with the glass ceiling.
It will be attended by leading experts and professionals, who will share their knowledge, research and practical experiences.
The day will be held in a three-hour and fourth session, from 9.45 a.m. to 13.00 a.m., which will consist of three essential parts. The first part will consist of a round table, 'let’s break the glass ceiling’, the second part will be a motivational talk 'No shame: make yourself visible, make yourself heard!’ and the day will end with a participatory activity: "Present your project with impact".
