Albert Busquets passes away
Albert Busquets Blay, former executive administrator of the UAB (1977-1986) passed away on 3 March. The UAB wishes to express its heartfelt condolences to all of his family and friends.

Albert Busquets took on the financial administration of the UAB between 1974 and 1977 and them became the executive administrator of the UAB from 1977 to 1986. In 1986 he left the UAB to direct the bus fleet of the Barcelona Metropolitan Transport (TMB) company, and in 1989 he was appointed general director of the TMB.
The wake will take place today, 4 March, at the Sancho de Ávila Funeral Home in Barcelona, and the funeral will be held tomorrow, 5 March, at 11:50 a.m.
The UAB expresses its most heartfelt condolences to all those who knew and loved him and shares in the sadness of having lost a member of its community.
