At the end of the course the students will be able to:

Understand patient’s interactive behaviour according to gender, cultural background, and social context.

Analyse the social inequalities that are manifested from the axes of social inequality and the needs that are derived.

Understand people without prejudice, considering their physical, psychological, and social aspects, and ensuring respect for their opinions, beliefs and values.

Recognize the importance of transcultural nursing and clinical cultural competence.
