OH Meetings
OH-CEEA-UAB meets at least once a month and closes the agenda one week before the meeting. The agreements taken in the meetings are included in minutes drawn up by the secretary of OH-CEEA-UAB.
Once the meeting ends, a report is issued for each of the projects evaluated, in which it is communicated if the evaluation has been approved, not approved or if information from the responsible researcher is required. This report is signed by the president and secretary of OH-CEEA-UAB.
If the project is approved, the OH-CEEA-UAB informs the Government of Catalonia about the evaluation and the results. The Government of Catalonia sends the authorisation to OH-CEEA-UAB with an order number and a period of validity to undertake the project.
