The Department of Journalism and Communication Sciences at the UAB currently hosts several research projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (Knowledge Generation Projects), in which its members participate either as principal investigators or as researchers. Professors Santiago Tejedor, Cristina Pulido, Núria Simelio, Ricardo Carniel and Anna Tous are leading research projects, while Professors Santiago Giraldo, Luiz Peres, Laura Cervi and Beatriz Villarejo are members of research teams.
