The Industrial Doctorates Programme, an initiative of the Government of Catalonia, aims to promote collaboration between academia and the business world by facilitating the development of joint research projects between universities and companies or institutions. This model enables doctoral students to conduct their doctoral research in a practical setting, thereby facilitating knowledge transfer and fostering competitiveness within the productive sector.
To provide information about the new call for applications and share success stories, the UAB Research Park is organising this webinar for interested researchers and companies.
Jordi Alba, technical director of the Industrial Doctorates Plan, will present the details of the 2026 call for applications. Beatriz Ferrús, Director of the UAB Doctoral School, will also speak, explaining the institutional support offered by the university. Real success stories will also be presented.
