Call for FPU Grants 2025
The application period begins on 16 January 2026.
The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities has published the call for grants for University Teacher Training (FPU) corresponding to the year 2025, within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation (PEICTI) 2024–2027.
These grants are intended to support research training in doctoral programmes leading to the award of a PhD degree and the acquisition of university teaching skills, in any field of scientific knowledge, to facilitate the future incorporation of these individuals into the Spanish higher education and scientific research system.
The application period will open on 16 January 2026 and will close on 14 February at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time).
Applicants are advised to review the eligibility requirements of the call-in advance to ensure the correct submission of their application.
