The Department of Spanish Philology, within the framework of the Official Master's in Spanish Language, Hispanic Literature, and ELE and co-organised with the Doctoral Programme in Spanish Philology, is organising a lecture by Eduardo Paredes Ocampo, Juan de la Cierva researcher, entitled:
“A Postcolonial Approach to the Virtual Reconstruction of Classical Theatres: The Case of the Coliseo in Mexico City (1638)”
The lecture will offer an innovative perspective on the virtual reconstruction of classical theatrical heritage in postcolonial contexts, focusing on one of the most emblematic examples of colonial Mexico: the Coliseo of Mexico City in 1638.
