2025: A prolific year for scientific research at the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology
Throughout the year, the Research and Communication Committee monitored the scientific output of the Department's researchers through the "Article of the Month" initiative, a project that will continue throughout 2026.
In 2025, 72 articles authored by Department researchers were published in journals indexed in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Beyond the total number, the high impact of these publications is noteworthy: 45 articles were published in first-quartile (Q1) journals, with 11 of those featuring in the first decile (Top 10%). The most frequent categories for publication were Psychiatry and Clinical Psychology.
The Department's research excellence extends beyond journal publications, encompassing the acquisition of competitive funding, contributions to national and international conferences, and the mentorship of PhD candidates. These achievements underscore the Department's unwavering commitment to high-quality research.
