Tenure Track Lecturer 2026-2027

We welcome applications from Phds that wants to start their academic career with us.

For the course 2026-2027 we are going to offer positions of Tenure Track Lecturer in all the areas: Marketing, Organization, Finance and Accounting. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach in Spanish/Catalan.

Accreditations of Tenure Track Lecturer or Contracted Doctoral Lecturer are recognized as a merit but are not mandatory. The initial contract is for six years, and teaching duties are 90 hours /year approximately.

The Department is going to support candidates to develop a research career and we expect that this will be certified by (ANECA, AQU) as an Associate Professor and get the tenure.
