The ALBA Synchrotron organises an industrial workshop aimed in this occasion at the food and packaging sector. In the event, case studies conducted in ALBA by company Henkel about packaging, Universitat de Barcelona about lipids and fats and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona about functional foods and traceability.

Due to the international relevance of this sector, the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) and the European project NFFA is also taking part. The attendees will have the opportunity to vista ALBA's facilities.
