Hosted by the French Hub of Future Earth, the Pathways Autumn School fosters interdisciplinary connections among scientists addressing sustainability challenges and seeking to drive societal transformation. The 2025 edition will focus on advancing a more transformative research agenda through three key modules:
- Module 1: Towards a shared glossary for interdisciplinary work in sustainability science
- Module 2: Learning to engage with societal actors: a case study in the Alps
- Module 3: Technological and geo-political dynamics: Key challenges for sustainability science
Taking place from October 13-17, 2025, in the picturesque town of Aussois, participants will engage in interactive workshops, keynote lectures, outdoor activities, and interdisciplinary discussions within a shared living space. This immersive experience aims to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange among researchers.
