The Director of the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA-UAB) Jordina Belmonte was elected as honorary member of the Col·legi Oficial d’Ambientòlegs de Catalunya (COAMB), at the Annual meeting held in Mataró.
The appointment of Jordina Belmonte was made through a participatory process among all the members. Jordina Belmonte has a PhD in Biological Sciences, she is Professor of Botany at the Departament de Biologia Animal, Biologia Vegetal i Ecologia, (BABVE) in the UAB and director of the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology, ICTA-UAB.
