ICTA researcher Jeroen van den Bergh had recently a commentary in Nature on energy/carbon rebound as a neglected reason for climate negotiations, discussing implications for carbon pricing http://bit.ly/1WODtT6.
This is highly relevant for upcoming climate summit (COP21) in Paris starting later this month. Van den Bergh will talk on Monday the 30th of November at 12 am in a longer lecture on this and related issues, as part of a meeting of CIDOB (Barcelona Centre for International Affairs) and CADS (Advisory Board on Sustainable Development of the Catalan government) on the Paris climate agreement.
