Early career scholars UNITE: Lund University organizes an interactive seminar on interdisciplinary research and university politics

On the 4th of May, 14 scholars from Lund University Centre of Excellence for the Integration of Social and Natural Dimensions of Sustainability (LUCID), in Sweden, will visit ICTA-UAB. They are interested in meeting with students and peers at ICTA-UAB to discuss the challenges of doing interdisciplinary research  and exchanging research ideas.

After quickly introducing their department and individual research, they would like to break into smaller groups to discuss more specific topics, from particular problems and subject matter for interdisciplinary research to institutional, organizational and political challenges that we face as early career scholars or students.

The discussions can then be carried on into a joint lunch, and perhaps beyond.
