Addressing the social-ecological-digital reality of cities, our upcoming seminar aims to foster a shift from vision to action by tackling a pressing issue: the understanding and operationalization of socio-ecological justice in urban settings. To achieve this, we seek to bridge the gap between academic insights and on-the-ground urban transformation, diving into actionable strategies for nature-based solutions, social-ecological justice, and knowledge co-production, and the integration of digital tools into real-world urban planning.
International and local keynote speakers:
- Timon McPhearson (Urban Systems Lab, New York University)
