ICTA-UAB Welcome Day

The ICTA-UAB Welcome Day is one of the most significant events in our annual calendar. It marks the beginning of the academic year and provides an important opportunity for the entire ICTA-UAB community to come together, welcome our new colleagues, share institutional priorities, and reconnect as a collective.

This year, the ICTA-UAB Welcome Day 2025 will take place on:

• Time: from 10:00 to 12:15h

Program

• 10:00-10:05 – Welcome from the Director
• 10:05-10:25 – Presentation of the new ICTA-UAB Management Team and main objectives and directions for the coming years
• 10:25-10:30 – Presentation of ICTA-UAB Administration and Welcome Guide
• 10:30-10:40 – Presentation of the CARES Group
• 10:40-11:00 – General overview of all ICTA-UAB research groups, and introduction of new members in each group
• 11:00-11:30 – Coffee Break (organized by the ICTA-UAB Management Team)
• 11:30-12:00 – Introduction to the Maria de Maeztu 3
• 12:00-12:15 – Closing remarks
