The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) master's degree in Business Law, online edition, is designed both to deliver cutting-edge law content and to sharpen skills in leveraging the acquired knowledge in the real business world.
Business law is a well-established field with teaching programmes in many higher education institutions around the world, with its own specialist media and with widespread recognition in professional circles, legal research, and higher education. In the last decade, business law has called barriers between disciplines into question and begun to break them down. In fact, it can definitely be said that the cross-disciplinary nature of business law and the patterns it has redefined have led to a new, rather heterogeneous framework (made up of contributions from various fields) that has turned the discipline into a hub and reference point for many different areas of knowledge.
The present edition of the online master's degree includes a new module, Corporate and Insolvency Law, in recognition of the importance of these areas within business law.
