The course Innovation Strategies, Models and Methodologies in Health aims to explore the ongoing innovation within the evolution of healthcare, in which strategic methodologies are used to foster transformative change. It focuses on understanding the innovation process, learning different innovation strategies, models and methodologies in order to identify and address healthcare challenges, and to develop and implement solutions that are effective, efficient and sustainable, delivering high‑value care for patients, providers, and the entire healthcare system.
