The UAB presents its academic programmes at the education fairs

As always, the UAB will be at this year's education fairs in Barcelona to offer information on its academic programmes and services at the Saló de l'Ensenyament (14 to 18 March) and Futura (16 and 17 March). UAB lecturers and students will be available to help future university students will all the information they need at the UAB stand.

The UAB will be showcasing its academic programmes for the 2018-2019 academic year at the Saló de l'Ensenyament (14 to 18 March) and Futura (16 and 17 March). Both education fairs will take place at the Montjuïc Fair venue. The UAB will offer information on its undergraduate degrees at the Saló de l'Ensenyament (Hall 1) and on its postgraduate degrees at the Saló Futura (Hall 5).

Lecturers and students from all UAB centres will be available to help attendants with all the information they may need about the degrees and services offered at the UAB. Both stands will be displaying a commemorative image of the university's 50th anniversary, designed by Laia Closas, Javi Fernánde, Hel·lena Prat and Maria Viladomiu, all students from EINA, Centre Universitari de Disseny i Art de Barcelona, a UAB-affiliated centre of art and design.

The Saló de l'Ensenyament's opening hours will be: Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 March from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m; Saturday 17 March from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday 18 March from 9:30 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. Saló Futura will be open on 16 and 17 March from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Ten new bachelor's degrees

The UAB offers ten new bachelor's degrees starting in the 2018/19 academic year. These new programmes are all highly interdisciplinary thanks to the specific characteristics of the UAB. The new academic offer increases the amount of three-year bachelor's degrees offered, as well as degrees fully in English and a new double degree.
