On campus services available during August
The UAB campus services will offer a combination of remote and in-office attention with special opening hours during the month of August. Train and bus lines to and from campus will also function on different timetables, which can be consulted on the UAB Mobility and transport website.

During the month of August, UAB campus services wil have special opening hours and a combination of in-office and remote services will be offered.
The Health Assistance Services (Servei Assistencial de Salut) will be open from 1 to 7 and from 25 to 31 August, Mondays to Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (93 581 18 00). Appointment will be given by phone or e-mail: servei.salut@uab.cat. In case of an emergency outside these hours, please contact the campus security services, which will be working 24 hours a day, every day, and can be reached at 93 581 25 25.
The Information Service at the Plaça Cívica will be open all month, and will offer services in-office, by phone and by e-mail, Mondays to Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (93 581 11 11, informacio@uab.cat). The International Support Service will be available in-office and online from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., from 1 to 7 August and from 22 to 31 August (international.support@uab.cat). The office will be closed from 8 to 21 August.
With regard to teaching centres, the Logistical Services and Information Point of each centre will have different timetables. With regards to mail services, please consult mail and packaging management procedures.
The Employment Office will offer information by phone from 1 to 7 August and from 22 to 31 August, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.(s.ocupabilitat@uab.cat).
The Users Support of the Computer Services (CAS) will be available throughout the month of August, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (93 581 21 00, cas@uab.cat).
The Graduate School will be open to the public from 1 to 7 and from 29 to 31 August, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (93 581 40 25, ep.informacio@uab.cat). The User Attention Unit will offer remote support from 1 to 7 August and from 22 to 31 August, Mondays to Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m..
The General Register Office, in the Rectorat building, will be open all of August from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (93 581 20 29, registre.general@uab.cat). Those applying for an idCAT digital certificate must make an appointment. Telematic registry is available at the UAB's Electronic Office.
The Research Management Area will be available from 1 to 31 August on-site and remotely from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (a.gestio.recerca@uab.cat).
Transport means available to get to and from campus can be consulted at the UAB Mobility and transport website.
The Physical Activity Service (SAF) will be open Mondays to Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 9:20 p.m. (93 581 19 34). To use the facilities you will need to make a reservation. In the news section of the website you will find updates on any changes in opening hours or services.
The Veterinary Clinic will remain open from Mondays to Fridays by appointment only. Emergency services will be available 24 hours a day (93 581 18 94, hcv@uab.cat).
All campus restaurants and cafés will be closed during August, except for the cafeteria at the Faculty of Social Sciences, where beverages, coffee, pastries, and hot and cold sandwiches will be served from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Libraries will have different timetables and can be consulted here. The study hall of the Social Sciences Library will be open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
