Student Area

The Language Service has opened a new space on its website for anything related to our courses and exams: the Student Area.

You can use this area to enrol for courses, book a level test or sign up for official language exams.

How to use it:

The first time you use the Student Area you’ll need to register with a valid email (you cannot use your UAB NIU) and password.

Once you’ve registered you can use the area to manage your enrolments, exams and other procedures.

 

1️⃣The courses section on the Language Service website gives details for all the courses we offer: language, timetable, price, etc.

 

2️⃣The first time you use the Student Area you’ll need to register with a valid email (you cannot use your UAB NIU) and password. Once you’ve registered you can use the area to enrol.

 

3️⃣Select the language and then the course you want to enrol for. If you want to do an annual course, you have to select both Part 1 and Part 2.

 

4️⃣If you want to enrol for a level that is not beginner’s, you’ll need to show that you have passed the previous level with a certificate issued within the last two years. Make sure you have it handy when you enrol. Otherwise, you can take a free level test! See the available time slots in the Student Area. 

 

5️⃣If you are eligible for a discount tick the corresponding box. Make sure you have the document accrediting your personal situation handy when you enrol.

 

In the month of July there is 10% discount on all courses. Just enter the code PROMO10%26 in the “Promotions” section.

 

🔹15% off the least expensive course when you enrol for more than one

🔸15% off for single-parent families.

🔹15% off for officially recognised “large families”.

🔸15% off for victims of gender-based violence or terrorism.

🔹15% off for holders of a certificate to prove 33% or more disability.

🔸15% off for students who have applied for a Ministry or AGAUR grant for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the current academic year.

 

If you have obtained a Language Service grant to study languages in the 2026-2027 academic year, remember to tick the corresponding box.

 

✋🏽We will need to validate any documentation you present accrediting your level or your personal situation. Once validated we’ll send you a message so that you can continue with the enrolment process.

 

6️⃣Select whether you want to pay in full or in instalments and the method of payment.

Important note: From August 1st to August 27th, inclusive, support for self-registration issues through My requests will not be available, nor will documentation validations be carried out, as the Service will remain closed during this period.
