Kieran Donaghy at the English Language Awards

The ESU's English Language Awards ceremony will be presented by the President of the English-Speaking Union Her Royal Highness Princess Anne.

The ESU's English Language Awards will take place in Darmouth House, Mayfair, London on 28th November.
“Film in Action: Teaching language using moving images” (Delta Publishing), by Kieran Donaghy has been shortlisted in the Resources for Teachers category.
The ESU's English Language Awards help to celebrate and reward innovation and good practice in the field of English Language and English Language teaching. These awards focus on resources which aim to improve oracy skills in the English Language, and are split into the following four categories:
. The English in Action Awards for Resources for Young Learners (ages 3-11)
. The Duke of Edinburgh Award for Resources for Secondary and Higher Learners (ages 12 and above)
. The Duke of Edinburgh Award for Resources for Teachers
. The President's Award for the use of new technology in ELT
All of the awards are based on originality and substance, and winners are chosen by a panel of widely-respected experts.
