In 2019 UAB Idiomes was authorised by the Fundació de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (FUAB) to give language training to pre-University students via our In Company service. For the first time we are able to offer under-18s the benefits of our team of highly-qualified teachers experienced in teaching young learners and the possibility of working towards official exams and university certification.

UAB Idiomes In Company has been providing high quality language training to companies and public institutions in Catalonia for over 15 years. In 2019-20 we opened extracurricular classes at large a secondary school, teaching over 100 students aged from 12 to18, in sixteen different groups and English classes at levels from A1 to C1.1.

For academic year 2020-21 UAB Idiomes offers Extra-curricular classes:

  • in English, French, Italian or Chinese
  • on your school premises or online
  • at a timetable of your choice
  • in small groups
  • with a communicative methodology

During the Covid-19 confinement we successfully transferred these classes from face-to-face on the school’s premises to distance-learning via the online platform Zoom.
