UAB Languages Campus exams & certificates

We offer exams to the university community, professionals and anyone else over the age of 16 who wants to provide proof of their language level.

Our language level certificates are university certificates issued by the UAB Language Service and they are recognised by all Catalan universities, the Government of Catalonia and many companies and organisations. They are valid for credit recognition on Bachelor’s degree courses, Erasmus mobility applications, access to Master’s degrees that demand a certain language level in Catalan universities and also public service recruitment processes, among other things.

At UAB Idiomes/Language Service we assess command of the language and linguistic competence in accordance with the levels described in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Our certificates for all languages and CEFR levels are officially recognised by the Inter-University Council of Catalonia and by the Department of Education.

Certificates in English for the multilevel B1-B2-C1 exam and C2 level are also recognised by the Spanish Association of Language Centres in Higher Education Spanish Association of Language Centres in Higher Education (ACLES).

The Catalan certificates that we issue which certify a certain level are interuniversity certificates and recognised everywhere.
