  • Efficiently apply quantitative methods and techniques to optimise a logistical system. Take the main factors determining airport operations into account in management.
  • Understand the main factors affecting the operations of a commercial airline, so as to deal appropriately with these in management.
  • Execute a simulation project to improve performance indicators for airport processes.
  • Apply the principles and techniques of lean management to innovation and improvement in the performance of aeronautical industry processes.
  • Analyse the influence of the main management procedures and techniques in aeronautical maintenance on the management of airlines.
