Master description

The master’s degree programme comprises a total of 60 ECTS credits distributed across two academic semesters. In the first semester, students take compulsory subjects including Company, Insolvency and Competition Law (9 ECTS credits), Economic Criminal Law and Commercial Litigation Practice (4.5 ECTS credits), Business Legal Documentation, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation (4.5 ECTS credits), Legal Research Methodology (6 ECTS credits), and Public Speaking and Persuasive Communication: Negotiation Techniques (6 ECTS credits), making up a total of 30 ECTS credits. In the second semester, also comprising 30 ECTS credits, the compulsory subjects include Business Taxation and Employment Law (9 ECTS credits), the continuation of Economic Criminal Law and Commercial Litigation Practice and Business Legal Documentation, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation (4.5 ECTS credits each), as well as the Master’s Dissertation (6 ECTS credits). Students may also choose elective subjects such as Civil Law and Private International Law (6 ECTS credits), Maritime Business and Trade (6 ECTS credits), and Internships (6 ECTS credits).
