The Faculty of Law announces the 6th call for free preparation for access to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Career, aimed at candidates with limited resources and with the goal of ensuring equal opportunities.

VI Call for Places for Free Preparation for Access to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Career, promoted by Judges for Democracy and the Progressive Union of Prosecutors.

Purpose of the call: To provide educational support to candidates with limited resources so they can prepare for access to the Judicial or Prosecutorial Career without financial costs being an obstacle.

Main requirements:

  • Spanish nationality, of legal age, and in full exercise of civil rights.
  • Law degree or equivalent.
  • Family per capita income not exceeding €15,000 gross per person per year.
  • Completed law studies with a minimum grade of 6 (exceptions possible if special circumstances are demonstrated).

Mode and duration:

  • Preparation will be primarily online, with tutorials, assessments, and continuous monitoring.
  • If the tutor and candidate are in the same location, in-person work can be arranged.
  • Initially, the preparation lasts one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years, with the exceptional possibility of extension up to five years under certain conditions.

Application period: From October 13, 2025, to November 13, 2025.

Application submission: Send an email to jpd@juecesdemocracia.es, attaching the required documentation: ID, proof of residence, income certificates, academic certification, proof of special circumstances (if applicable), among others.
