Seminar on digital violence and deepfakes
The Faculty of Law of the UAB will host the seminar 'Digital Violence and Deepfakes: Challenges for European and Italian Criminal Law' next 25 September at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room (Sala de juntes).

The session will feature interventions from Dr Costanza Bernasconi (University of Ferrara), who will analyse the role of Directive (EU) 2024/1385 in the fight against digital violence, and Dr Caterina Paonessa (University of Florence), who will address the challenges of criminal law regarding deepfakes from an Italian and European perspective.
The activity is organised by the Criminal Law and Criminology Unit of the Faculty of Law at the UAB and will also be available online through Teams with prior registration.
