16.00 – 16:15 - Presentation of the Seminar, by Antoni Cardona Barber, Professor of Criminal Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and coordinator of the UAB Team in the FAST LISA Project.

16.15 – 16:45 - "Jurisprudential treatment of hate speech crimes by the Constitutional Court", by Rafael Rebollo Vargas, Professor of Criminal Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

16.45 – 17.15 - "Limits to Freedom of Expression and Hate Crimes", by Sergi Cardenal Montraveta, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Barcelona.

17.15 – 17.45 - "Do we have a problem in Spain with crimes consisting of acts of expression? (and, if so, how do we deal with it?)", by Jacobo Dopico Gómez-Aller, Professor of Criminal Law at the Carlos III University of Madrid.

17.45 – 18.15 – Pausa Café.

18.15 – 19.00 - Round Table, moderated by Míriam Cugat Mauri, Professor of Criminal Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, with the participation of professors from

Criminal law of the UAB, judges, prosecutors, and members of the research team of the City Council of Santa Coloma de Gramenet in the Fast Lisa project.
