Presentation of the Citizen Observatory against Corruption (O3C)

The Faculty of Law will host the presentation of the Citizen Observatory against Corruption (O3C) on November 5, as part of the tenth anniversary of the Social Pact against Corruption. The event will include a lecture on the culture of integrity and the presentation of the O3C’s objectives, with the participation of experts and representatives from civic organizations.

The Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona will host, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 1 p.m., the presentation of the Citizen Observatory against Corruption (O3C), coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the Social Pact against Corruption, signed in the Parliament of Catalonia by civic entities and political parties.

The event will be opened by Dr. Gemma Rubí Casals, director of GREPIIC and Professor of Contemporary History at the UAB. This will be followed by a lecture titled “The Culture of Integrity” by Dr. Joan Lluís Pérez Francesch, Professor of Constitutional Law at the UAB and member of GREPIIC. Finally, the president of the O3C, Itziar González Virós, will present the Observatory’s objectives and structure. The session will conclude with an open debate.

The Citizen Observatory against Corruption aims to promote transparency, democratic oversight, and public integrity, while encouraging citizen participation in preventing corruption.
