The European Patent Office (EPO) is once again offering its training course for PhD candidates and master’s students focused on innovation and the transfer of ideas to the market through industrial and intellectual property rights.

This course is part of the Modular IP Education Framework, a programme designed for European universities and research centres with the aim of enhancing competences in intellectual property as a key tool for innovation.

The course has two levels:

  • Basic, open to new participants.
  • Advanced, for those who have already completed the basic stage.

Upon completion of each part, the EPO awards an official certificate.

The training is entirely online, equivalent to 3 ECTS credits, and free of charge for students.

The registration deadline is 16 October, and the course begins on 20 October.

As in previous editions, our Faculty has been invited to take part in the programme, open only to universities selected by the EPO.
