Last Friday, we officially inaugurated the Master’s Degree in European Integration with an exceptional session.
We had the privilege of welcoming Enrique Barón, President of the European Parliament (1989–1992) and one of the key figures behind Spain’s accession to the European Communities, 40 years ago.
In his inaugural Keynote, Mr. Barón offered a profound reflection on Spain’s accession process to the European Union, addressing both the challenges faced beforehand and the transformations that followed its entry.
A masterful lesson on history, politics, and European vision that marks an inspiring beginning for this new edition of the Master’s programme.
