On December 1st at 12:00 in the Faculty's Graduation Hall, an event will be held to celebrate the recent promotion to professorship of Professor José A. Noguera, who will give a lecture entitled "Why is poverty not eradicated in rich countries?", followed by a debate with Olga Cantó (UAH), Margarita León (UAB) and Xavier Bonal (UAB).
