How does a business angel think? Training session at UAB on startup investment criteria
On 19 February 2026, from 13:15 to 14:45, the Faculty of Economics will host a training session by Emprèn UAB, aimed primarily at students and open to the entire university community, to explore how early-stage business ideas are assessed.
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, through Emprèn UAB, is organising “How does a Business Angel think?”, an activity focused on how investment decisions are made when entrepreneurial projects are still at an early stage.
The workshop will feature two business angels from Keymon Ventures and will look at which factors typically carry the most weight in an investment decision, such as the product, the market or the team.
The session will combine participatory dynamics and the analysis of real cases, with the aim of working on the strategic reading of business ideas from an investor’s perspective.
This activity is part of the Projecta't initiative, which allows students to earn ECTS credits.
