Understanding Media Accessibility Quality (UMAQ)

The main goal of this project is to conduct the first comprehensive analysis of the concept of quality in Media Accessibility and to develop a unified theoretical framework for understanding it.

Based on the hypothesis that Media Accessibility encompasses a range of practices for managing, transforming, and transferring data and information, the project will draw on research in data and information quality to explore whether—and how—these insights can contribute to effectively addressing Quality in Media Accessibility.
