Biographical Dictionary of Catalan Parliamentarians (1810-1939)

The Biographical Dictionary of Catalan Parliamentarians (1810–1939) is a management and documentary information system devoted to Catalan parliamentarians who were active in politics between 1810 and 1939.

Designed as a research support tool, the project seeks to integrate biographical, bibliographical, and documentary information on Catalan parliamentary representatives into a single platform.

By collecting and centralising this dataset within a unified infrastructure, the system facilitates the analysis of multiple research variables, such as political ideologies or the study of the “Catalan question” across different historical periods and contexts. It also enables the creation of derivative outputs from this information, including the biographical dictionary itself, a vocabulary of political terminology, and various thematic bibliographies.
