Work insertion with gender perspective
The UAB's Servei d'Ocupabilitat (Occupability Services) organises, with the Observatory for Equality, training sessions on gender equality and work insertion geared to all UAB students and graduates. This training fulfills the goal of the measure 1.3.1, goal 10 from the Fourth Action Plan for Gender Equality.
The course offered currently is the following:
- Inserció laboral amb perspectiva de gènere (Work insertion with gender perspective). Short training sessions of 2 hours. The goals are to get users to know the tools to detect and overcome obstacles towards equal opportunities in their insertion in the labour market, as well as to identify work environments friendly with gender equality.
The activities are offered for faculties requesting them but are open to all UAB degree students and graduates.
They are included in the Servei d'Ocupabilitat's "Catàleg d'Activitats d'Orientació Professional grupals a disposició dels centres docents" (Catalogue of Professional Orientation Group Activities for Teaching Centres).
