The Specialization Diploma in Executive Film Production is designed as a training response to the emerging needs of the audiovisual sector. Its main objective is to train professionals capable of facing the challenges of a constantly changing industry, equipping them with the necessary tools to competently and creatively lead all phases of the production process, from the initial conception of the project to its market distribution.

This program offers specific and comprehensive training focused on the key aspects of executive film production. Throughout the course, participants are trained to comprehensively manage audiovisual projects, addressing everything from strategic planning and feasibility analysis to identifying funding sources and distribution strategies. Special emphasis is placed on developing essential skills such as resource management, team coordination, and the application of legal and tax tools adapted to the film industry.

One of the program's pillars is the ability to adapt to the new realities of the sector, including the transformations driven by digital technologies and emerging platforms. Therefore, an innovative, proactive, and flexible approach to the paradigm shifts that define the contemporary audiovisual ecosystem is encouraged.
Among the most relevant content are project analysis from the perspective of executive production, financing and co-production processes both nationally and internationally, and marketing and distribution strategies applied to contemporary audiovisual media. This diploma is aimed at university graduates or industry professionals who wish to delve deeper into the field of executive production.

It is also open to individuals without a university degree who can demonstrate relevant professional experience in the audiovisual field.
