This track provides tools for project managers to use in revenue management, marketing, sales and customer experience, so that they can analyse, lead, develop, implement and monitor tourism projects in line with an integral strategy and respond to the demand in business for achieving client satisfaction through high-value, sustainable experiences. 

It is essential to master a set of innovative skills and techniques to be able to manage each area of these projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide specialist tools for digital management in the tourism and hotels sector to enable organisations to cope with the complex changes occurring in the international marketplace.

  • Curricular
    Curricular practices are those which are included in the curriculum of the studies and, therefore, must be overcome to obtain the degree. The programme manager will explain you the details of how, where and under what conditions you should do the internship.
  • Non-curricular
    Extracurricular practices are those that are not included in the curriculum of the studies. You can choose to do them in addition. The coordination of your program will explain the details of how, where and under what conditions can they be carried out.
