This microcredential is aimed at individuals interested in promoting, from within the organizations where they work public administrations, universities, research centers, social entities, or companies collective processes of transformative innovation to actively contribute to green and just transitions rooted in local territories (place-based). The program offers specialized training in the facilitation of shared agendas, conceived as key instruments for addressing complex challenges through multi-actor collaboration and collective learning.
The training is based on the methodological model developed within the framework of RIS3CAT 2030, outlined in the document Facilitation of the Construction of Shared Agendas. This model views the facilitator as a strategic agent who creates conditions to activate radical collaboration, sustain shared learning processes, manage tensions, and drive transformative actions in highly diverse and complex environments.
The program combines conceptual knowledge with practical application. It equips participants to support collective processes, conduct systemic diagnoses, foster shared narratives, and design actions with structural impact. Through the analysis of real cases and the use of specific facilitation tools, participants are prepared to intervene effectively and contextually in transformation processes rooted in the territory.
With a modular and flexible approach, the microcredential is adaptable to a wide range of professional profiles and application contexts. This flexibility fosters a direct connection between the training and concrete challenges already active in territorial innovation ecosystems.
The teaching staff is composed of professionals from the Government of Catalonia and other leading entities, with extensive experience in facilitating transformative innovation processes and supporting shared agendas in Catalonia.
