Microcredential in Digital Wellbeing and Media Literacy: Strategies and Tools for Critical Education in a Digital Environment

This microcredential offers a comprehensive approach to the concept of digital wellbeing and media and information literacy, addressing its theoretical and practical foundations.

Through a pedagogical and neuroscientific lens, various tools and resources are provided to promote the ethical and critical use of technology, screens, and media in educational and community contexts for citizens of all ages.

The programme consists of 9 synchronous online sessions held on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM (Tuesday 20/1/26, Tuesday 27/1/26, Tuesday 3/2/26, Tuesday 10/2/26, Thursday 19/2/26, Tuesday 24/2/26, Tuesday 3/3/26 and Tuesday 10/3/26). The sessions will be recorded and can be retrieved asynchronously, although live attendance is recommended to participate in the activities.
